Chelsea forward, Eden Hazard, has said that Maurizio Sarri’s side can achieve “something great” together with fellow teammate, Gonzalo Higuain after playing two games with the Argentine international.
Hazard stated this ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League clash with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City on Sunday evening at Etihad.
Hazard and Higuain both scored two goals each in Chelsea’s 5-0 victory over Huddersfield Town last weekend.
Higuain joined Chelsea from Juventus last month on loan but Hazard admitted that the striker has already impressed him.
“When we have the ball, we have a lot of freedom, not just me but the striker [Gonzalo Higuain] and the right [attacker] Willian or Pedro, so we can move a lot,” Hazard told The Times.
“I’ve only played two games with Higuain and I know we can do something great together, not only with him but also with the other strikers, the other winger.
“Chelsea is not about Higuain and Hazard, it is about 25 players. But Higuain is a fantastic striker.”
