Man, 38, arrested with human parts in Osun

The Police in Osun on Wednesday apprehended a 38-year-old-man, Ajibade Rasheed in Osogbo with different human parts.

The suspect was paraded by the Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr Fimihan Adeoye at the command headquarters.

Adeoye said the suspect was caught at Olu-ode area of the Osogbo metropolis while driving a car with registration No: LSD987DJ.

A fresh head of a woman, together with her lung, vagina, liver, and a bottle containing blood were recovered from the suspect.

The Commissioner, however, disclosed that the true identity of the victim has not been ascertained at the point when the suspect was paraded.

He explained that efforts were in place by detectives to identify the victim, and investigate thoroughly the rationale behind the crime.
