Aston Villa will take on Fulham in the Championship play-off final.
Steve Bruce’s men qualified thanks to a 1-0 aggregate win over Middlesbrough.
Mile Jedinak’s header had given Villa an advantage ahead of the second leg which ended 0-0.
Fulham had to fight back from a 1-0 deficit in the first leg, to see off Derby County 2-1 on aggregate.
The Sky Bet Championship play-off final will be played on Saturday, May 26 at Wembley.
Kick-off is 5pm.
