Liverpool have already identified Napoli’s Lorenzo Insigne as Philippe Coutinho’s replacement at the club.
The Mirror reports that Insigne is a prime candidate to replace the Brazilian, and the ambitious move reportedly would cost around £60 million.
Liverpool could meet stiff resistance, similar to their own effort to keep Coutinho.
Buying a player from Napoli has not been easy as they are notorious in resisting approaches for their star players.
Also the Champions League qualifiers could further complicate such a move.
Because Liverpool will face Hoffenheim and Napoli take on Nice, and any deal will likely be on hold until those matches have been played.
