Reports coming in say the Mayor and Caretaker Chairman of Port Harcourt city Local Government in Rivers State, Charles Paul Ejekwu is dead.
DailyPost gathered that Charles Paul complained about having a headache shortly after his return from the Council of Chairmen meeting, which took place at the Government House, Port Harcourt.
He later died at a private Hospital in the D-Line area of Port Harcourt.
Paul was one of the recently appointed CTC Chairman in June.
Meanwhile, the proposed visit of the first Lady, Dame Judith Amaechi to the Port Harcourt council to empower the women of the area has been called off.
In the meantime, Governor Amaechi has paid a condolence visit to the home of the deceased at Abam in Diobu, Port Harcourt.
