There are reports from the eastern part of Nigeria that the Kwara State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Chinwike Asadu has been shot dead by gunmen in Enugu.
As at the time of this report, information available to us on the incident appears sketchy.
Police authorities have kept mum but a source said the ComPol was attacked at about 11.00pm on Saturday.
Our attempt to reach Force Headquarters’ spokesman, Frank Mba was unsuccessful.
