Writer: AdminAdmin

Former Zonal legal Adviser of the Peoples Democratic Party and a National Publicity Secretary aspirant in the forthcoming PDP national convention, Barrister Mohammed Kabir Usman has described as pathetic, the plight of workers in Kogi State.

Speaking with DAILY POST in Abuja, Friday, he said Kogi State was on vacation in terms of governance.

“On workers’ plight, Kogi is simply on vacation in terms of governance.

“The administration of APC led government in the state heralded anger and hunger and the governor could not do anything to address those challenges. I could simply say, Kogi is on vacation”, he insisted.

Describing the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as a sanctuary of criminals, the politician explained that those who looted government treasury had found APC as a safe haven.

Questioning the anti-corruption fight of the ruling party, he urged President Buhari to explain how recovered loots were spent.

“As you are aware, APC is a sanctuary of criminals. Once you are accused of fraud, the next thing is that you move to APC and the issue is ended”, he said.

“This government has not improve the condition of Nigerians and I don’t see any magic being played before 2019. Nigeria are really disappointed’, he stressed.

He noted that PDP’s enemies were within the party, while assuring that lessons have been learnt, preparatory to return to governance in 2019.
