Kogi obituary looms if Bello, APC remain in power – Enape

A governorship aspirant under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi State Hon. Hassan Enape has criticized the Governor Yahaya Bello led All Progressives Congress (APC) government.

He said the “obituary” of Kogi state might come if Bello continued in power.

Enape stated this at the PDP secretariat in Lokoja when he picked his intent form to contest the 2019 Kogi governorship election.

He explained that he joined the gubernatorial race to rescue the state from total collapse from the “maladministration” of the governor.

The aspirant expressed sadness at the “state of squalor and poverty hoisted on the people of the state in the past three years by the Alhaji Yahaya Bello led APC government”.

Enape stressed that his pedigree in both public and private sectors would be deployed in galvanizing the state out of economic retrogression.

The governorship aspirant noted that, he is coming into the race “with the experience and mindset to save the state from total obituary and to place it on the pedestal of growth and development”.

He added that the PDP has all it takes to pull the people out of the shackles of poverty and deprivation.
