Our results have been excellent over the years and that really shows that we are consistent. It has never been a case of poor result in one year and good in another. We’ve always had it good here, and like I said ,all glory to God.”
Describing the perfomance of the school in this year’s released WAEC results, he said, “Our present results in the last WASSCE exams is such that it will be very difficult for any school to beat the record. In the results, everybody made distinction in mathematics, almost 85% made distinction in civic studies, in biology and all other subjects, we recorded 33 out of 48 distinctions in the overall result. Everybody had division one level like what we used to have in those days.
Okebiorun noted that in a short period from now, Kingsville Schools would be lead Nigerian schools,”I think we have really done well by the power of God, and we believe the best is yet to come, and we look forward to moving up. We don’t just want to be the best around here but the best in Nigeria, in a short moment from now, we should.”
However, Okebiorun disclosed that hardiwork and discipline has been the secret to Kingsville outrageous successes, ” Our students are always on their toes throughout the year, there’s no shortcut to success other than hard work. In addition to hard work, we discipline our children, at sometimes we had to quarrel with parents over their children, because we know it’s when the children are properly brought up, we can get the best from them. The only secret to our success is hard work.”
Proving their outstanding performance, he said, “All our students get above the JAMB cut-off points, many of our children score very good marks in JAMB. More so news that trickles back into our ears states that many of our children are award winners in their schools, the last exams in Turkish university, one of our students had the best result, same thing in many other schools or foreign universities.
“Also at our A-level in 2014 we were the best in the whole of Abuja.
