Angele charged Bonanawei and his committee to unmask kidnappers, armed robbers and sea pirates to the Joint Task Force, JTF, as well make Burutu waterways safe and secure for transporters, especially companies operating the council.

The LGA boss however enjoined the Bonanawie and his committee to work within the ambit of the law and to cooperate with the JTF.

He also called on the security committee to show exemplary behaviour that will be applauded by the council and the people in the Burutu Communities.

Speaking on behalf of members of the committee, Smith expressed gratitude to the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro and the council boss for the confidence reposed on him.

He further assured the police and the JTF of maximum cooperation as regards accomplishing the objectives of the new assignment before him.
