Kidnappers release Nkiru Sylvanus and Kenneth Okolie

DailyPost just gathered that Nkiru Sylvanus and Kenneth Okolie, have been released by their kidnappers.

Miss Sylvanus, who is currently serving in Governor Rochas Okorocha’s government, as a Special Assistant and Mr. Okolie, the first ever Mr. Nigeria, were released at about 9pm local time.

Sources say they were blindfolded and dropped off at an unknown location in Owerri, the Imo State capital. They were later picked up by their friends.As at the time of filing in this report, it could not be confirmed if any ransome was paid.

Kenneth, Nkiru and another yet to be identified passenger left a movie location in Owerri late Saturday night and were heading to another location, when gunmen blocked Nkiru’s car between Concorde Hotel and Cathedral Road in Owerri, and took all three passengers in the car.
