Stephen Keshi has decided to go with the 11 players, that defeated Cote d’Ivoire on Sunday, in today’s semi-final game against Mali.
He explained that “We are happy to stick with the team that did so well against Ivory Coast.”
That means there is no place in the team for Fegor Ogude, who has served his one-match suspension and Onazi Oggenyi will continue in midfield with John Mikel Obi and match winner, Sunday Mba.
Keshi, who has sacked as coach of Mali in 2010, will be looking to guide Nigeria to her first AFCON finals since 2000 and first trophy since 1994.
