Mr Yakubu Nagoda, the Special Assistant on Graveyards to Kano State governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has resigned.

In a letter dated Saturday, August 4, and addressed to the Secretary to the State Government, Nagoda thanked the governor for giving him the opportunity to work with him.

He, however, did not state the reason for his resignation.

Nagoda wrote, “I regret to write and inform you of my resignation as Special Assistant to his Excellency, the executive governor of Kano State on Graveyards.”

“I thank his Excellency for giving me this opportunity to work with him and the entire people of Kano State.

“I hope you will convey my resignation to his Excellency. Thank you.”
