Armed bandits have again attacked four villages in Kakangi ward in Birnin-Gwari/Giwa Federal Constituency, Kaduna states.
The villages are Mashigi, Dakwaro, Sabon Gida and one other village adjacent to Dakwaro.
The bandits attacked the villages yesterday and operated for three and half hours.
A member of ward volunteers, Malam Umar said: “So far, ten bodies of people killed were recovered, while many are unaccounted for”.
He told newsmen that the bandits burnt houses and grains stock of the affected villages.
However, volunteers from the southern axis of Birnin-Gwari are still trying to ascertain the number of casualties.
