Juventus agree £10m fee for Tevez, Arsenal now clear favourites to sign Higuain

According to Skysports, Juventus have agreed a £10m deal with Manchester City for Carlos Tevez.

Officials from the Serie A champions, travelled to London on Tuesday to finalise negotiations and Tevez will now travel to Italy on Wednesday to agree personal terms and undergo a medical.

The 29-year-old is expected to sign a three-year deal, while Juventus might pay up to £12m when bonuses set in.

It is expected that Tevez’s move, will now mean Arsenal have a clear path to land Gonzalo Higuain from Real Madrid. The Gunners and Juventus, both had their bids accepted by the Spanish club and agreed terms with the player, but Florentino Perez was hesitant to sign off the deal, as Carlo Ancelotti had not been confirmed as the club’s new manager.
