The man, Joechim Iroko, who named his dog after President Muhammadu Buhari, Wednesday, appeared at the Ota Magistrate Court 2, Ogun State but his proceedings in the case with suit number MOT/617c/2016 could not hold due to the unavoidable absence of presiding Magistrate, P.
