Reno Omokri, former aide to ex president Goodluck Jonathan has described President Muhammadu Buhari’s new year speech as a tragedy
President Buhari on Monday in his new year speech promised to address challenging facing the country, citing fuel scarcity amongst others.
Reno in reaction said Buhari’s speech focused on ‘What he will do’, noting that it showed that Nigeria will remain the same.
He added that blame game on Jonathan’s administration will continue.
“From his broadcast today, the only thing I can say is that Nigeria is going to see the same old same old under Buhari in 2018. If problems arise, he will look for who to blame rather than look for a solution.
“Donald Trump has been in office less than a year and his communication with Americans centers on what he has done.@MBuhari has been in office almost 3 years and his New Year’s message was about what he will do, not what he‘s done.
“What did Nigeria do to deserve this tragedy?” Omokri tweeted
