Outgoing President, Goodluck Jonathan is expected to formally dissolve the Federal Executive Council, FEC, today in preparation for his final hand over of power to incoming President, Muhammadu Buhari on Friday.
Today FEC meeting, to be presided over by the outgoing President, is expected to witness a formal speech by President Jonathan, who will use the opportunity to highlight his achievement in office, while ministers are also expected to make speeches on their experience as members of the council under President Jonathan.
President Jonathan, according to findings, is billed to leave the Presidential Villa on Friday morning for Port Harcourt, enroute Otuoke, his home town.
DAILY POST recalls that the president has already packed out of the main building of the Presidential Villa.
