Following reports that Alex Iwobi has agreed a new five-year deal with Arsenal, ‘Sky Sport’ has investigated the report and revealed that the contract is not yet finalized.
The news platform reported, however, that talks are still ongoing between the 19-year-old and the club over a long-term deal.
It was in several media platforms this morning that Iwobi had agreed a new five-year deal with Arsenal worth £30,000 a week.
Iwobi’s current contract runs out in October 2019.
The Arsenal academy product has featured in four of the last five games for the North London outfit and scored against Everton and Watford.
