Inter Milan ban Wesley Sneijder from Twitter

Wesley Sneijder’s wife, has revealed that his club Inter Milan, have banned him from using his Twitter account. The Dutch midfielder, who interacted with over one million followers through the medium, had not been involved in any incident of note on the site. So it is not yet clear why the Italian club took the decision.

“My husband, @sneijder101010, can no longer write on Twitter,” she explained through her own account.

“It is a decision from the club. They said he cannot even support or compliment the team. I am sad because he always gives his best for the team with all of his heart. “It is odd, but it is okay. You will all see how Wesley will return to winning ways with Inter.”

The former Real Madrid player is currently injured.
