Inter manager, Spalletti gives condition for Perisic’s move to Manchester United

Inter Milan manager, Luciano Spalletti, has said that the club could sell Ivan Perisic this summer, if Manchester United send a “serious offer” for the player.

United manager, Jose Mourinho, is desperate to land the Croatia winger, after bringing in Romelu Lukaku for £75m and Victor Lindelof for £30.7m.

The Red Devils have reportedly offered £44million for Perisic, with the 28-year-old keen on the move to Old Trafford as well. However, the move now appears to be hanging in the balance, with the player currently involved in Inter’s pre-season tour of China and Singapore.

Spalletti insists he would love to keep Perisic, but admits a sizeable bid would see him leave.

“He is a fantastic player and if his future is totally up to me, I will definitely keep him,” Spalletti said at a press conference.

“However, if an offer comes and the club are satisfied with the money, which will be used to invest in and strengthen the team, he could leave.”
