INEC deletes 2015 election results from its website [PHOTO]

The results of the 2015 general elections have been taken down from the official website of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

This alarm was raised by Reuters reporter, Paul Carsten.

Carsten tweeted on Wednesday: “The Nigerian Independent National Electoral Commission appears to have taken the 2015 election results off its website: bit.ly/2SA5xk4

“#NigeriaDecides2019.”

The error message displayed read: “Oops! That page can’t be found.

“It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try search again?”

However, the countdown timer to next week’s election, was ticking away at the top of the page.
