Imo APC crisis: It’s all over for you – Madumere mocks Okorocha, Nwosu

The Deputy Governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere, has told Governor Rochas Okorochas and his son-in-law, Uche Nwosu, that it was over for them in the state.

Madumere was reacting to the state High Court judgement that ended the hope of Nwosu becoming the flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state.

Speaking to Vanguard, the Deputy Governor said “with (the) judgment, the foundation upon which Mr. Nwosu is defiantly parading himself as the governorship candidate of APC, Imo State, has been quashed.

“This has laid to rest, all Okorocha and son-in-law’s claims over who the standard bearer of the party is.”

DAILY POST had earlier reported that an Imo State High Court upheld the prayers of the Deputy Governor and quashed gubernatorial primary held on October 6, 2018, by the Okorocha faction of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state.

Justice Kemakolam A. Ojiako Ojiako, who presided over the court, granted all the prayers sought by Prince Madumere, including the prayer that the October 1, 2018, APC primary election was credible, relevant and meets the parameters for the exercise.
