The Abia State governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, has assured the people of the state that his administration is ready to complete the 22 road projects it earlier awarded within his first 100 days in office.

Addressing newsmen on Wednesday shortly after inspecting ongoing construction on some road projects in Aba and Umuahia, Governor Ikpeazu expressed optimism that at least 80 per cent of the road projects or more will be completed within his first 100 days in office.

The governor went on to promise the rolling out of new policies on the maintenance of public facilities in the state to prevent bastardization of public facilities.

He equally assured that all the roads under construction will have street light.
