Manchester City youngster, Kelechi Iheanacho, has said that Nigeria can win Gold again at the forthcoming Olympics in Rio, Brazil.

Nigeria became the first African nation to win an Olympic football gold in 1996. They also clinched silver in 2008 in Beijing, China.

Iheanacho feels that Samson Siasia has enough talents to repeat the feat of 10 years ago.

“I think we will have a strong team going to Brazil,” he told AfricanFootball

“We have very good players at this level and I believe we can win (the gold) in Brazil.”

Iheanacho enjoyed a splendid debut season for City, where he scored 14 goals in all competitions and is on Siasia’s provisional list for the Olympics in August.
