Igbere community welcomes late Dimgba Igwe home today

Umuikpo, Okafia Autonomous Community, Igbere, Bende Local Government Area of Abia State will today, October 10, welcome home the remains of their son, Pastor Dimgba Uguru Igwe.

Igwe was killed by a hit and run driver while jogging along Ago about in Okota Isolo Lagos on September 6th.

Earlier on Saturday, a Service of Songs was held in his honour at the Evangel Pentecostal Church, where he served as Deputy General Overseer.

Also, a Service of Song would also hold in his honour today at his country home in Okafia, Igbere community by 5pm.

Tomorrow, October 11, by 10am, a funeral funeral service will hold in his honour at Okafia Igbeere primary School, while interment follows immediately at his residence.

Igwe, until his sad demise was Associate Publisher, Entertainment Express Sunday Express and Vice chairman of Sun Newspaper.
