Brown Ideye has won his first-ever league title in Europe with Olympiakos, after a comprehensive 3-0 win over Veria FC on Sunday.
The Greek club now has 67 points from 24 matches.
This means Olympiakos have clinched their 43rd title with six games left – a new record in the Greek leagye.
Ideye, who has previously played in Switzerland, France and Ukraine, expressed his delight with the achievement.
“So excited to be part of history today (Sunday). Fastest championship win in Greek football history. God is great,” Ideye tweeted.
