Brown Ideye continued with his excellent goalscoring form for West Brom with a brace, as they swept past West Ham into the quarter-final of the FA Cup.
The Nigerian international, who was almost sold to El Gharafi in Qatar, scored either side of James Morrison’s scorcher to seal progression against the 10-nab Hammers.
Ideye scored his third goal in as many games in the 20th minute, tucking away Craig Dawson’s cross. Morrison doubled the Baggies’ lead with an effort that Adrian could not keep out. Ideye struck again moments after the break, before Saido Berahino added gloss with the fourth.
It is the first appearance in the quarter-finals for Tony Pulis’ side since 2008.
