Iconic fashion designer Oscar de la Renta dies at 82

Reports reaching DailyPost is that renowned fashion designer, Oscar de la Renta has passed on at the age of 82.

The news of his death was confirmed by his wife Annette.

She said the designer died at his Kent, Connecticut home on Monday, 20th October.

It could be recalled that De la Renta was diagnosed with cancer in 2006.

However, the cause of his death has not been ascertained as at press time.
