Ibrahimovic had a good outing as he ended his barren run in front of goal with a first-half brace, after Paul Pogba opened scoring.
His first was the 25,000th Premier League goal in history.
Manager Jose Mourinho, will now be forced to reshuffle his attacking options ahead of the Gunners’ visit on November 19.
Marcus Rashford, who scored twice against Arsene Wenger’s men early this year at Old Trafford, is in line for that central striker role.
The teenager has been forced wide under Mourinho, following the arrival of Ibrahimovic at the club.
Anthony Martial, who also sat on the bench against Swansea, is another option.
