Former Nigeria’s President, Shehu Shagari has refuted media speculations that he’s dead.
The elder statesman says he’s alive, hale and hearty.
Some sections of the media (not DAILY POST) had reported that the former Nigerian leader had passed on last night.
Reacting to the hearsay, Personal Assistant to the Second Republic president and head of the Shehu Shagari Foundation, Dr Atiku Nuhu Koko, asserted that the news of Shagari’s death that has gone viral in the social media were untrue.
Koko said “Shagari is alive”
