Jose Mourinho has congratulated Claudio Ranieri and his Leicester City team, after they clinched their historic Premier League title win.
The Foxes were confirmed as the new English champions, following Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Tottenham at Stamford Bridge.
Mourinho, who won the title with Chelsea last season, told CAA Sports: “I want to congratulate everyone connected to Leicester; players, staff, owners and fans.
“I lost my title to Claudio Ranieri and it is with incredible emotion that I live this magic moment in his career.”
Mourinho has endured a feisty relationship with Ranieri, who he replaced at Chelsea in his first spell.
