Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has bemoaned his four-game touchline ban and says it is not allowing him do his job properly.
The Gunners boss watched from the stands for the third domestic game running, as his team were beaten 3-1 by Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Wenger was also fined £25,000 fine after accepting a FA charge of misconduct for pushing fourth official Anthony Taylor during their 2-1 win over Burnley last month.
Arsenal have now last the two fixtures in which he was not on the bench.
“It is very frustrating because I cannot do my job like I want to do it,” he said afterwards.
“But I have to pay for what I did. I accepted it and we have to get on with it – I especially have to get on with it.
“It is frustrating to watch from upstairs because you sit in the middle of people. They call on the phone, stand up, get down.
“I don’t think, as well, that is an explanation of our defeat.”
