I am the only APC aspirant that can easily defeat Jonathan – Kwankwaso

Kano State governor and an All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential aspirant, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso yesterday, re-echoed his earlier statement that it will be easy to defeat President Goodluck Jonathan in the 2015 presidential election, adding that he is the only one who can do that among all APC presidential aspirants.

He added that if he can win the party’s primaries, his victory at the general election would be certain.

Kwankwaso added that he is the only candidate in the APC who can split the PDP’s nationwide votes in the 2015 presidential election and eventually have the highest number of votes.

The Kano governor disclosed this shortly after commissioning his national campaign office in Abuja, saying many of the prominent politicians in APC are there because of their belief in his candidacy.

“By commissioning this office today (yesterday), we look forward to more hard work especially in the next couple of weeks so that we win the primary election in the APC and by that, God’s willing, it will be an automatic victory during the general election.

“I am happy to say that I am the only person who can divide the votes of PDP and take the biggest chunk of it. I am not talking of the APC, which I believe I am going to take 100 percent of it, but the PDP, after splitting it into two, Kwankwaso will take the bigger share of their votes,” he said.

He promised that his administration, when elected, will bring to an end the current insecurity in the country and also bring back the glorious days of education development, agriculture and youth employment.

The Kano governor bemoaned the fading relationship between Nigeria and its international friends, because they are angry with the present regime because it has failed to tackle corruption and insecurity in the country.
