A former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, on Sunday accused the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, in the just concluded election in Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore, of selling his soul to the devil.
Fani-Kayode claimed that Omisore did what he termed “dirty job” for the All Progressives Congress, APC, during the governorship election.
In a tweet, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, chieftain stressed that despite Omisore’s dirty job; he was not given APC Senatorial ticket for Ife East.
He stated this while reacting to report of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, releasing Omisore’s International passport.
Reacting to the development, Fani-Kayode insisted that Omisore’s “infamy and treachery is legendry.”
“So my former cousin, Iyiola Omisore did not get the Senatorial ticket for Ife East from the APC after the dirty job he did?
“The only thing he got from them was his passport. Someone just got served. It never pays to sell your soul to the devil. His infamy and treachery is legendry,” he tweeted.
