Governor Jang appoints son as Commissioner

Governor Jonah Jang of Plateau State has announced the appointment of his son Yakubu, as the state’s Commissioner for Lands and Urban Planning.

Yakubu, prior to this new development, was his father’s Special Adviser on Special Duties.

According to the Commissioner for Information, Mr. Mohammed Abubakar, who briefed newsmen in Jos on Sunday, Yakubu’s appointment meant continuity in governance.
