Governor Chime urges young media practitioners to emulate late Odunewu

Enugu State Governor, Sullivan Chime has commiserated with the Nigerian media over the death of veteran journalist, Alhaji Alade Odunewu.

The Governor, in a message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Chukwudi Achife, urged younger Nigerian media practitioners to emulate his good examples.

He described Odunewu as an icon of the journalism profession, who not only inspired and nurtured many talents but used his writings to advance the cause of national development and social justice.

While praying for the repose of his soul, Chime also expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased.
