Former Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) boss, Patrick Akpobolkemi was on Thursday pictured on crutches during his court hearing today in Abuja.
Akpobolkemi is facing charges of alleged money laundering running into billions of Naira.
