Former Arsenal scout, Damien Comolli, has said a move to Olympique Marseille will be a good one for John Obi Mikel.
The midfielder, who has not played a single match for Chelsea this season, is set to leave Stamford Bridge next year.
“Of course he can do good at OM,” Comolli told Le Phocéen.
“He has the size, power, aggressiveness, very good technical quality, especially with his passes.
“Over the years, he has receded on the field and is now a real number six. I am convinced that if he arrives at OM, he can bring a lot with his quality of recovery, his tactical discipline and his athletic presence.
“In Ligue 1, he would really be at ease, even if he is not a Bakayoko (Monaco) or Verratti (PSG)”, he added.
