No fewer than five persons have been reported dead in an auto crash along Birninkudu-Kano road in Birninkudu Local Government Area of Jigawa State.
The incident was said to have occurred around 7pm on Sunday at Kwanar Gangare.
The Jigawa Police Command spokesman, SP Abdu Jinjiri, confirmed the incident to the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN.
He said that an articulated vehicle and three other cars were involved in the accident.
Jinjiri, however, promised to provide more information on the accident later.
