A Business Development Consulting Firm, Aruc Limited will on September 9th 2017 organize a capacity building on sustainable growth strategies for private school owners and their employees in Lagos State.
Briefing newsmen in Lagos on Friday, Managing Director of the firm, Mr. Richmond Anyanwu said the seminar is aimed towards assisting school owners and stakeholders in the primary and secondary education sector stay afloat in the business for profit maximization.
The seminar which is planned to feature topics namely: Growing and positioning your school for sustainable growth; How to attract New Pupils/students and retain existing ones; and Engaging and retaining a productive and dependable staff; is targeted at School Directors/Proprietors/Proprietresses, School Heads, School Administrators and School Consultants.
“The seminar will be an eye opener for private school owners and managers. The sole aim of the training is to instill empirical knowledge and proven strategies that will help school owners and their managers develop and sustain growth in every aspect (pupils, program, Physical Projects and Personnel) thereby increasing their population enrolment to improve income for sustainability of critical assets and quality service delivery of the institution,” Anyanwu explained.
Speaking further, Anyanwu said the overall goal of private school owners should be aimed at achieving the school’s vision and mission statements, thus advising school proprietors to earnestly and vigorously work towards advertising their vision to the public.
