DAILY POST has gathered that fire has gutted the Agip oil company centre in Ebocha in Ogba Egbema Ndoni LGA of Rivers state.
The report claims the fire started last night.
DAILY POST correspondent in Port Harcourt could not confirm the report as at press time, as he said Ebocha was in a rural area and not in Port Harcourt. He promised to bring details.
A source however told DAILY POST that the fire gutted the facility about 11.30pm, shortly after which, a loud explosion was heard.
Fire fighters are reportedly at the scene battling to put out the inferno.
