Pia Sundhage has admitted she is not happy, after her team failed to beat Nigeria in their Group D opening match at the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Sweden went into the break two goals up, but were pegged back by the Super Falcons in the second half. Ngozi Okobi and Asisat Oshoala scored to level the scores at 2-2. Although the Europeans scored again, Francisca Ordega equalized for the African champions later on.

“We’re not happy that we gave up three goals, however, at the end of the day, we got one point and there are good things to bring to the next game,” Sundhage told Fifa.com.

“The game plan was different than what you saw. Again, we got one point and next time, when we play the States, I hope we will follow the game plan.”

The Swedish ladies will take on former champions USA on June 12.
