Writer: AdminAdmin

Senior Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, has revealed that the government is currently negotiating with Boko Haram insurgents for the release of the remaining abducted Chibok girls.

Recall that the insurgents recently released 21 of the abducted Chibok girls after two years in captivity.

Adesina made the disclosure shortly after delivering lectures at the Nigerian Army School of Public Relations and Information, NASPRI, annual media workshop for Defence Correspondents and Commanding Officers.

On the sponsors of Boko Haram, Adesina said if government has knowledge of them, they would not be spared.

The Presidential spokesman said, “Just know that there are talks still ongoing and many more can be recovered. The released Chibok girls are being rehabilitated, physically, psychologically in all ways, and their education will be restarted.”
