A former Special Adviser on New Media to immediate past President, Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has opined that the federal government has been more active in recent days since President Muhammadu Buhari went on holiday.

The ex-adviser expressed this via his twitter handle @renoomokri on Thursday.

He tweeted, “It seems FG has been more active since PMB went on holiday.

“Is it only me seeing it?

Recall that during this period of Buhari’s 10 days’ vacation from national duties, the federal government led by Vice president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has lunched the N-Power project meant to train 500,000 unemployed graduates in teaching profession.

Also the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, had yesterday announced the float of the naira, declaring that the exchange rate will henceforth be determined by the market.

Omokri was asking if the president should be allowed to embark on more vacations.

He noted, “CBN, N-Power, etc. Should he go on vacation more often?”

Buhari had taken a 10-day leave to see to an ear infection in London and was scheduled to return to the Country today.

But DAILY POST gathered that the president will now stay until Sunday and to resume work on Monday upon arrival.
