Senate President Bukola Saraki, has reacted to the death of First Military Governor of Kwara State, Brigadier General Femi David Lasisi Bamigboye.
The retired General died at the age of 78 in Lagos after a brief illness.
Saraki, in a post on his Twitter page, applauded the contribution of the late Bamigboye to the development of Kwara State.
In a condolence message, he wrote: “Rtd. Brigadier General Femi David Bamigboye, led Kwara State through its formative years as its first military governor.
“His great work and commitment to the development of our State cannot be over-emphasized.”
