The Federal Executive Council, today, gave approval for nine new private universities in the country.
The approval was handed down at the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting presided over by Vice President, Namadi Sambo.
The Minister of Aviation, Osita Chidoka, made the announcement while briefing journalists at the end of the meeting.
The new private universities, Chidoka said include; Hallmark University, Michael and Cecilia Ibru University, Kings University, Mountain Top University, Augustine University, Chrisland University and Summit University among others.
