Fayose’s attitude a disgrace to Ekiti – Group

Members of the Ekiti Kete South-South/South-East Movement on Wednesday lambasted the state Governor, Ayodele Fayose over his alleged ‘reckless utterances’ and ‘odd attitudes.’

The group noted that the governor’s utterances were barrier to the development of the state and thus, fall short of what is needed in the state.

A press statement issued in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital by the Publicity Secretary, Kehinde Olatunji, on behalf the group said the careless utterances and odd attitudes of the governor are a disgrace to the people of Ekiti State, not only in Nigeria but also internationally.”

The group condemned in strongest terms that the state lacks basic infrastructure and other development projects, yet the governor was busy saying irrelevant things.

They commended President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing Senator Babafemi Ojudu as his Special Adviser on Political Matters.

The group described the Senator as ‘the right pick, and a man of impeccable character.’

They said the people of the state deserve better than what they get now.

The group, however, urged Ojudu to rise up and rescue Ekiti State from her present rot under the present government in power in the state.
