Fani-Kayode reveals why Buhari is silent on Benue attacks by herdsmen

Femi Fani-Kayode, former Minister of Aviation, on Wednesday reacted to fresh killing of some Benue indigenes by Fulani herdsmen.

Governor of the State, Samuel ortom had said about 20 people were killed by the suspected Fulani herdsmen.

In his reaction, the former Minister said President Muhammadu Buhari will be silent over the current killings like other times.

In a series of tweets via his social media, the PDP Chieftain insisted that Buhari will one day be held accountable for these killings.

He maintained that the herdsmen were Buhari’s kinsmen and foot-soldiers.

He wrote: “Fulani herdsmen have killed 20 people and burnt down the homes of many in Benue state. Once again Buhari will say and do NOTHING.

“Why should he when these animals are his footsoldiers and kinsmen? I call for justice to be meted out to these bloodthirsty and murderous tsetse flies.

“Behold the works of the Islamist Janjaweed Fulani herdsmen and militia in Benue state yesterday. One day Buhari and his people will be held to account for this barbarism.

” He refuses to bring them to justice because they are his Fulani kinsmen and their victims are Christians! “
