Femi Fani-Kayode, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has reacted to the re-arrest of a suspected notorious kidnapper from Taraba State, Alhaji Hamisu Bala Wadume.
Wadume was re-arrested from his hideout in Hotoro area of Kano State, following intelligence alert.
A statement by the Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba on Tuesday disclosed that the wanted kidnapper was currently undergoing interrogation at the Force Headquarters in Abuja.
Reacting, Fani-Kayode commended the police for his arrest.
He tweeted, “The re-arrest of the kidnap kingpin called Hamisu Bala (AKA ‘Wudume’) by the @PoliceNG is good news and I commend them for it.
“It is now left for them to bring him and the soldiers that murdered thier colleagues and rescued him the last time he was arrested to justice.”
